II. Main Features of ZC Steam Boiler

ZC Steam Boiler is composed of main body, chain grate; face and back arch, light oven wall liner, steel frame, and insulating layer etc.

And the main body contains: pot shell, smoke box, water screen tube, downcomer, and two sides parts box. The pipe sheet is all-welded construction. The chain grate uses the light chain link for ten fire grates, thickening fire grate segment, sectionalizing and blowing-in respectively.

1) Body adopts arch pipe and sheet to enhance intensity and simplify pull and support parts
2) Adopts inside whorl smoke pipe at high conduction, ensures high heat efficiency
3) Mechanical burning, saves energy and protects the environment
4) Complete auxiliary equipment available

IV. Advantages of ZC Steam Boiler

1. The heat efficiency is 4-5 percent higher than the national standard because of the rational collocation of the heat surface and burning equipment.
2. Rational smoke speed design, the heat surface has no ash aggradations and wearing, boiler heat surface can run with high efficiency, full loads and safety.
3. The high furnace is useful for designing rational Boiler Arch, improve the burning efficiency and eliminate black smoke.
4. Unique loop design, rational shoot-directing cycle for hot water boiler, the medium flow speed in the heat surface loop is higher than national standard.
5. Adopt high strength and large block grate, add trolley to large type grate, improve the security. Meanwhile, the grate is little coal lost and easy burning adjustment.
6. The soot of grate out-let separates due to inertia, which can reduce ash thickness in the outlet gas and the wearing to the back part heat surface efficiently.
7. Compact structure, installation dimension is smaller than other type boilers, which shortens the installation period and reduces the cost of boiler housing.
8. The capacity for water is large, which is used for protection when cutting electric and strengthens the ability to adapt load changes.

We have two options for boilers

assuming we have water 20Tons at 55-60C incoming from geothermal heat pump

1. boiler produce water 104-160 degrees, it this case we have to use more expensive generator turbine which will produce steam at temperature of aprox. 435C. This boiler will be cheaper, steam generator may cost more

2. boiler will produce steam aprox 300 C. In this case we may install cheaper generator
